Excellent pied a terre within a short walk of about 5 min from the main square of the Mother Church, the Bishop's Castle, where you can visit the Ceramics Museum and the famous Ceramics area with the typical shops carved into the limestone. Located in the highly desirable area of the older town with its selection of restaurants, bars and individual shops close by. The ground floor studio apartment is situated away from the main road running adjacent to the Via Forleo so it feels quieter whilst still being very central.

The property (19 sqm) has been renovated throughout with beautiful new kitchen and shower room / sleeping area where there is a French double bed (140x190) plus a small mezzanine (9 sqm) with a maximum height of 1.75. Small dining table and doors leading onto a private patio co-ownership of the historic building of the 17th century. 

Although there is no parking space, parking meter is right outside and there are parking spaces available just a few streets away, which are free. There are some lovely walks nearby along the tow path of the rock caves and the centuries-old olive trees.

This property is fully furnished and equipped and the tariff includes a weekly linen & towel change, heating, lighting, water, electricity, council taxes, television licence.

For an additional fee the Art transparent B&B offers a course of stained glass, Vinyasa Flow yoga, walking in the countryside and caves of Grottaglie, and trail running.
